Whether you've recently visited us or it's been awhile since we've exchanged "alohas," we want to update you on our ongoing multi-million dollar restoration projects that are enhancing the remarkable features that already make the Grand Wailea one of the finest resorts in the world.

- Re-tiled Hibiscus Pool
- All Napua Tower guestrooms have been remodeled to include new carpeting, new furniture and beddings, 32" high-definition TVs and artwork
- New furniture groups and design in the lobby, Botero Bar and Spa Grande
- A new Café Kula design with a coffee bar area and easier access to breakfast items, salads, sandwiches and snacks
- Ho'olei at Grand Wailea: New private, three-bedroom town-home rentals with finely appointed interiors, modern kitchens, private elevators, attached garages, personal concierge services, and exclusive access to the fine amenities of the Grand Wailea Resort, including its nine-pool aquatic playground, six restaurants, championship golf and tennis, and Spa Grande
In-Progress:
- Renovations on remaining guest rooms and suites will feature luxurious pillow-top mattress covers, new coverlets, and colorful throw blankets, 37" high-definition flat-screen TVs, and new furniture, carpeting and paint throughout, including in the lanais
- New lighting and remodeled bar area in Humuhumunukunukuapua'a restaurant
- New carpets and furniture in the reception area, Terme and rotunda of Spa Grande
- New equipment in the Grande Salon
- A new "Arrival and Departure Lounge" to accommodate guests with early-arrival or late-departure flights
Throughout the restoration process, our primary goal will remain the same: to deliver unparalleled service to ensure you have the very best experience at the Grand Wailea.
Since work on the guest rooms project will be conducted on a building-by-building basis, we expect there will be little, if any, impact on your experience. Other areas of the Grand Wailea Resort, including the restaurants, public areas, beach, pools, and Spa Grande, will not be impacted by the restoration and will continue to be avai
