Thanksgiving In-Room Dining Menu, November 21 - 23, 2012

  • This four-course autumn feast begins with an amuse bouche of Hudson Valley Foie Gras on gingerbread toast with red currant gelée
  • Next, Butternut Squash Soup with cinnamon and star anise crème fraiche poppy seed palmier
  • The perfect Thanksgiving entree: Upstate Farms organic Turkey-stuffed leg and roasted breast with candied sweet potato fondante, fall baby carrots, roasted Brussels sprouts and pecan sage dressing with giblet gravy
  • A grand finale of Pumpkin and Maple Tartlet with Tahitian vanilla ice cream
  • $85 per person, exclusive of taxes and gratuity

Christmas In-Room Dining Menu, December 24 - 25, 2012

  • Three inventive courses mark the festive occasion
  • Select an appetizer of Hudson Valley Smoked Duck and Foie Gras with beluga lentils, orange cream, fig chutney and mini mesclun or Butter Poached Maine Lobster with thyme and sea salt smoked salmon, bell pepper soup and Siberian wild caviar
  • Entree options include Roasted Loin of Colorado Lamb with potato and parsnip tart, braising greens and pepperonata roast gravy or Niman Ranch Filet of Beef Wellington with porcini and thyme stuffing, sauteed spinach and baby carrots with Cabernet sauce
  • For dessert, enjoy Christmas Plum Pudding with iced nougat, rum sabayon and fresh berries or Grand Marnier Buche Noel, a traditional yule log confection with citrus spirit, red currants and vanilla macaroons
