Bringing science to the shaker, innovative cocktail creator, Sachin Hasan, and his collaborative team of mad mixologists have drummed up a daring new menu of molecular formulas guaranteed to warm you from the inside out.
Incorporating all the necessary elements and tricks of the trade, including heat, foam, and nitrogen oxide, Sachin and crew have developed concoctions such as a De-Constructed Ravioli Margarita and Cassis Caviar Kir Royale. An inventive evening bites menu, with just the right flavor and spice notes including Duck Confit Pot Stickers and Chicken Samosas, accompany these new molecular potions, making Two E the place to warm up throughout the winter season.
