Central 214’s Valentine Dinner

Guests and local diners can extend the romance with a special Valentine’s dinner by Central 214 executive chef Graham Dodds. Offered Thursday, Feb. 14 – Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, the four-course prix fixe dinner features Chef Dodds’ rich and rustic cuisine made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Priced at $75 per person including a glass of champagne, the Central 214 Valentine’s Day menu includes delicious main course options such as:  seared duck breast with white bean cassoulet; carolina hog with beer braised cabbage and jalapeno cornbread; red snapper paella with spanish chorizo and littleneck clams; flatiron steak with boulangere potatoes; or  butternut squash parmesan with hedgehog mushrooms and pomodoro.

 

"Dirty Love" Cocktail & February Happy Hour Specials

Central 214 Head Bartender Amber West is mixing up some “Dirty Love” with this special craft cocktail for Valentine’s Day. Offered through the month of February, the Dirty Love cocktail features Tanqueray Rangpur gin, Kings Ginger liqueur, muddled baby beets and ginger, lemon and honey, served in a martini glass.  Central 214 also offers Double Happy Hour cocktail, beer and wine specials in the bar and courtyard patio on weeknights, from 5 to 7 p.m. and again from 10 p.m. to midnight.
