This year’s DJ Retreat collection debuts at NIYAMA in the Maldives from April 11- 19, 2013.
 The DJ Dispensary Retreats have been crafted specifically for aspiring DJs with all levels of experience as well as for those who just want to learn a new skill. Reap the benefits of personal tuition with the experts from The DJ Dispensary. The DJ Dispensary Retreat at NIYAMA is priced at US $2000 for 7-day classes and US $850 for 3-day classes. Prices are not inclusive of accommodation, transfers and incidentals.
The 7-day classes include morning group tutorials, afternoon one-on-one lessons at HQ, lessons on summing up the ‘DJ’ as we know it, understanding progression timelines from 7” records of the 1970s to the mp3s used today, a beach screening of the documentary, ‘Maestro’, which chronicles the early years of the New York City underground DJ/Dance club culture, equipment familiarisation, daily sunset gatherings and ends with your very first solo set in Subsix or Fahrenheit. Each participant will receive The DJ Dispensary Survival Bag containing:

Above room rates are quoted in United States Dollars and are subject to 10% service charge, 8% GST and Government Bed Tax of US $8 per person per night. All rates are based on single or double occupancy per room per night and includes breakfast at Epicure.
