Aim True Yoga & Archery Retreat with yoga teacher Kathryn Budig is Oct. 6-13. Budig will teach her Aim True philosophy along with empowering vinyasa flow and workshop style classes. Off the mat archery and natural horse sessions will assist in confidence building and balance.
Manifestation Yoga & Writing Retreat with author Emily Rapp and yoga teacher Jen Pastiloff is Oct. 17-20. Pastiloff is best known for her Manifestation Retreats® around the world and for her raw and soul-baring essays on personal growth. Emily Rapp is professor of Creative Writing and Literature at the Santa Fe University of Art & Design in Santa Fe, NM. Her second book,

Each retreat includes accommodations, three meals a day prepared by New England Culinary graduates, natural horsemanship classes, a guided hike through the dramatic fall foliage, yoga and unlimited dips in the outdoor Jacuzzi or stops in the indoor dry sauna at the Stowe Retreat Center near Stowe Village.
