Québec City Tourism representatives were in Ottawa from May 12 to 15, 2013, to take part in one of the world’s largest international tourism marketplace. Nearly 400 Canadian, American and international buyers learned about the Québec City region’s tourism offer, in particular the following four main themes being promoted:
Québec City, bustling year-round
Québec City, close to nature
Québec City, the capital of winter
Québec City, celebrating the St. Lawrence River

The new via ferrata near the waterfalls, run by the experienced Aventurex team, will be open to the public at the beginning of the season. The Extreme route along the cliff face is designed for those seeking an adrenaline rush—and then some! You can also zoom high over the giant’s cauldron with the Bear, the new zip line at the Sainte-Anne Canyon!
