HOTEL HASSLER ROMA ANNOUNCES NEW "FLAVORS OF A JOURNEY" CULINARY PACKAGE

03-03-2015

New York - March 3, 2015: Rome's renowned Hotel Hassler Roma has announced a new "Flavors of a Journey" culinary package highlighting the innovative cuisine of Chef Francesco Apreda from the hotel's Michelin-starred Imàgo restaurant.

The centerpiece of the package is a one-of-a-kind tasting menu meticulously created by Chef Apreda (pictured, above left), blending ingredients from around the world that are inspired by his memories and travels (one of the dishes, EVO Salted Cod, Salty Sand Blend, is pictured, above right). Each dish is assigned a different part of the world that has been of particular influence to Chef Apreda (London, Tokyo, Mumbai, Rome, Naples and New York), with each destination characterized by a different taste (Sweet, Umami, Spicy, Bitter, Salty and Sour).

The entire package includes:

  • Three nights' accommodations for two in a Double Deluxe room
  • Daily buffet breakfast for two
  • Special "Flavors of a Journey" tasting menu dinner for two at Imàgo
  • Sensory massage for two at Hotel Hassler Roma's Amorvero Spa

Priced from €1,721 (approx. US$1,947), the package is available through December 20, 2015.
