BALI, INDONESIA — (December 11, 2015) — Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is offering an exciting list of programs to help you get to a ‘New Year, New You’ from surf lessons to Balinese cooking. The resort has also just released its 2016 Visiting Practitioners program featuring some of Asia’s most inspiring personal trainers and international massage therapists to the stars, who will be in-residence at various intervals throughout the year to expand upon the regular daily activities available to guests at the world-class beach resort. 
The Visiting Practitioners program continues the evolution of Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay as a luxury beach resort that embraces an active lifestyle, taking advantage of its stunning location and natural environment. With convenient boat access to Bali’s famous surf breaks and positioned directly over a beginner’s wave, the resort also recently launched its TropicSurf program. Back on land, guests can book a private lesson with the resident Jim Courier Tennis certified coach, Ling Chan. The resort is also preparing for the imminent launch of a new ocean-front yoga venue where guests can join a fun class of AntiGravity® ‘flying’ yoga in a traditional bale perched on the edge of the sparkling Indian Ocean.

From underwater therapy to spiritual healing to awareness readings- the Four Seasons team will leave you feeling lighter and more balanced in every way. This hands-on experience teaches couples, kids, and families alike to cook fresh and delicious dishes like Java, Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi and Sumatra, and even some pastries once a week!
