SURFING AND YOGA IN SAYULITA, MEXICO, MAKE THE PERFECT GIRLFRIEND GETAWAY

SEATTLE – March 5, 2008 – Via Yoga™ announces "Girls Gone Surfing" travel packages designed specifically for a girlfriend getaway.  The yoga and surfing packages, which are offered in beautiful Sayulita, Mexico, are available for the remainder of the 2008 season (see below for specific dates and retreats) as well as the 2009 season (dates to be announced in April 2008).  Groups of four or more will also receive a 10% discount.  

The four or six-day "Girls Gone Surfing" packages, which are perfect for a group of girlfriends, busy moms needing a break, and mothers and daughters, include:

• Four or six-night double-deluxe occupancy accommodations at Villa Amor, a luxury, oceanfront resort nestled on a hillside overlooking Sayulita Bay.  The resort features thirty-four spacious, open-air villas that are just steps from the beach and have expansive views of the ocean, village and distant mountains.  (Guests may choose to upgrade to double-premium occupancy accommodations.)
• Two 90-minute classes each day, one in the morning and one in the late afternoon.  A variety of yoga classes are offered including Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Anusara.  All are taught by highly-regarded, experienced instructors.
• A one hour surf lesson each day (if attending during a yoga and surf week)
• Daily breakfast buffet, which includes an assortment of fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juices, cereal, yogurt, and rotating hot items.
• Group dinners at Villa Amor and/or other local restaurants.  (Six-day packages include three group dinners; four-day packages include two group dinners.)
• Champagne and fruit plate upon arrival
• Special "Spa Day" for the group including in-room massages, manicures and pedicures.  (Other spa services are available at an additional cost.)
• Henna tattoo and tarot card readings (available upon request at an additional cost)
• A day trip to Punta Mita for surfing or snorkeling (lunch included)
• Access to other great activities such as hiking, shopping, horseback riding, and exploring the town
• Roundtrip airport transfers from Puerto Vallarta International Airport to Villa Amor
