Willow Stream Spa offers a new Spring package designed for relaxation and renewal
Scottsdale, Arizona, March 2008 - Take a renewal break at Willow Stream Spa at the AAA Five Diamond Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. This Spring, the resort is offering a choice of four unique spa experiences that are custom-designed to mimic the natural effects of the season by promoting relaxation and regeneration, a "Seasonings" concept inspired by the age-old traditions of Eastern Ayurveda. Each of the four experiences uses a blend of essential oils including Fennel, Juniper, Cypress, Grapefruit, Black Pepper, Rosemary and Sweet Orange to help cleanse and renew the body.
The Spa Season Package features luxurious accommodations in a Fairmont room, complimentary one room category upgrade at the time of booking, a $25 spa credit per person to use toward a Seasonings treatment, Willow Stream Spa robe and slippers for use during the stay, a spa gift from Kerstin Florian International (one gift per person with a maximum of 2 persons per room) and a meeting with a Spa Coordinator to create and book their own spa experience. This package is available April 1 through May 31, 2008 and is priced starting at $399 per room, per night, based on double occupancy.
There are four Seasonings experiences from which to choose:
· Total Adjustment - a 90-minute treatment, perfect for an introduction to Ayurveda. It combines the spa’s six most popular experiences, including a footbath and scrub, botanical body mask, herbal exfoliation with dry-brushing, massage, hot towel wrap and mini-face treatment. It is priced at $289.
· Feet First - a 60-minute treatment designed for tension relief. This experience begins with a foot soak and scrub, and then follows with a foot and hand massage, and ends with a head and shoulder massage while the hands and feet absorb the essential oils. Feet First is priced at $179.
· Scrub and Massage - this 90-minute treatment is a body scrub teamed with a full body massage. Its aim is to revive and energize. The Scrub and Massage is priced at $259.
· Bath and Massage - a 90-minute treatment that starts with a therapeutic seasonal bath that has been used for centuries for healing. It is paired with a nurturing aromatherapy massage to keep the body in tune with the seasonal changes. It is priced at $249.
From its distinctive design with sandstone interiors and waterfalls inspired by Havasupai Falls at the Grand Canyon to a diverse range of treatments, Willow Stream Spa at The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is a luxurious retreat that strives to help guests rest, rejuvenate and build their own personal reserves of energy.
At 44,0000 square feet, the spacious spa is situated on three levels and offers an open-air rooftop pool, waterfall therapy pool, patio treatment rooms, atrium and lush garden. Guests enjoy the state-of-the-art fitness center and a range of classes in the movement studio, quiet lounges, saunas, steam rooms, Swiss showers and unique Eucalyptus inhalation rooms.
