Bitter End offers a variety of venues for that special week, including several beach options, poolside under the stars, on the resort’s charming Almond Walk or even on one of Bitter End’s private boats. Pre-selected packages are as follows, all of which can be customized and altered to meet any bride’s needs:

·         A private gazebo built on stilts above the crystal-blue waters of the Caribbean, The Wedding Point is perfect for an intimate celebration of small groups up to six people. A chauffer transports the bridal party from their room to The Wedding Point where the Registrar, photographer and champagne await the private ceremony.

·         For the couple who desires to say their vows with the surf splashing at their feet, the 16 Sounder Wedding package is ideal. Accommodating groups up to ten at the island’s South Beach location (known for its spectacular sunsets), this package includes a personal photographer and Bitter End’s signature 16-ounce Sounders in place of the more traditional cake and champagne.

·         Also held on the South Beach, the Caribbean BBQ Wedding is a seaside ceremony that includes a photographer.  Post-nuptials, friends and family gather at Bitter End’s newly renovated pool to kick the party up a notch with a delicious Caribbean Barbeque.

·         For a completely different approach to the customary ‘just married’ car departure, couples can opt for the Sunset Cruise Wedding. After vows are said shore-side amongst the Almond Walk’s swaying palm trees, the wedding party (of up to 25 people) boards the Paranda, a 48-foot long catamaran, for a toast on the North Sound into the sunset. In addition to use of the Paranda, this package includes a photographer and a fresh baked three-tier cake. 

·         For the ultimate Caribbean wedding experience, the Sunset Pool Wedding begins with vows at sunset on the North Sound, followed by the perfect poolside reception just steps from the beach.  Here, dinner is served under a blanket of stars while the live music of Caribbean steel drums fills the night sky.  A photographer, three-tier wedding cake and private band are included.

All wedding packages, when purchased in conjunction with the resort’s basic Admiral’s Package, include location fee and photography. Flowers, site decorations, music, and all the other details can then be coordinated with Mary Jo and her staff, to create an unforgettable occasion. The popular Admiral’s Package includes unlimited use of the over 100 boats in the Club fleet, snorkeling trips, champagne and dinner cruises, blue water excursions, accommodations and three meals daily.
