Chef Alice Cooking – Big Taste, Small Waist

Chef Alice Colin moved from Florida to the Pocono Mountains to pursue her love of teaching cooking, and now hosts classes out of her home’s beautiful professional kitchen.  Big Taste, Small Waist instructs “chefs” both amateur and experienced that there is no need to sacrifice flavor for calories.  Participants will prepare a three-course menu from the best ingredients and the freshest seasonal produce.  All recipes include nutritional information.  Classes offered April 26 and May 24; later dates TBD.  Visit or call 570-856-6525 for details.
