Sausage Tree Camp, named after the sausage-shaped fruit of the sausage trees, has no set boundaries, which means the property is open for wildlife to meander through at will.  Each of Sausage Tree Camp’s seven oversized Bedouin-style tents, fashioned from local materials including thatch reed and teak, has been built on the banks of the Zambezi River for maximum comfort and game viewing.  The tents are hidden from one another by shady stands of sausage and mahogany trees, guaranteeing a guest’s privacy.
