“The Long-Term Rental program allows potential owners to take one of the Residences for a ‘test drive,’” said Mike Ryan, owner and developer of The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman.  The only way to fully understand the unparalleled lifestyle the Residences has to offer is to sample it for yourself.”

The overwhelming response to our Long-Term Rental program affirms there is a need in this market,” added Mr. Ryan.  “Long-Term samplers get to stay in a vacation home that has a value up to $300,000 per month at peak times.”
