NEW YORK, NY (October 28, 2008) — The Marmara Manhattan, the chic hybrid hotel on Manhattan's Upper East Side, has just announced a "Winter Penthouse" rate of $750 per night from now through March 1, 2009. This rate is subject to availability and excludes the period of December 29 through January 1.

The 3,100 square foot Penthouse was recently redone by renowned French interior designer Christian Allart and typically rents for $1,000 a night including Butler service! Mr. Allart’s vision for the Penthouse was to complement the sweeping views of Manhattan so the décor is understated, minimalist, and yet incredibly elegant with Turkish touches that pay homage to the Marmara’s heritage.

Located on the 32nd floor, the Penthouse features floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights, as well as a 1,500 square foot terrace. Inside or out, guests will find no better place to admire the 360-degree view of New York City and the East River.

The open floor plan offers a modern design that allows for sun-filled days and magnificent nights.
