London's Victoria & Albert Museum has launched its latest, highly anticipated exhibition, Magnificence of the Tsars. Spanning a period of almost two centuries from the early 1700s, this extraordinary exhibition focuses on the dress and uniforms of Emperors and the Russian Court, including such highlights as the coronation robes of Paul l, Nicholas l and Alexanders l, ll and lll.

Cruise West, the global leader in small-ship exploration voyages and the largest American-owned cruise line, is extending the Alaska early booking discount and waiving the fuel surcharge for guests who book and pay in full by January 30, 2009. In addition, to encourage new guests to book any Cruise West itinerary, the company is waiving the fuel surcharge on all 2009 cruise itineraries for guests who pay in full by the final early booking discount date.

For the second consecutive year, Trafalgar Tours has won the "Best International Tour Operator" award in Travel Weekly's prestigious Readers' Choice Awards. The award was announced on December 11th during Travel Weekly's awards gala at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City.

Jamaica has been voted among the Top Ten Holiday Dream Escapes, according to TripAdvisor, the world's largest travel community in its December holiday travel survey. Jamaica ranks #7, ahead of Rome (#8) and the Bahamas (#9) with Tahiti completing the Top Ten.

The Grand Canyon Railway will again offer a four-day, three-night "Romance-to-the-Rim" package this January.
