U.S. Virgin Islands a passport-free, hassle-free, affordable vacation

The final phase of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative goes into effect this Monday, June 1, which means that all U.S. citizens must have passports in order to return home from neighboring countries like Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean Islands.
