Championship Golf, Luxury Spa, Fly Fishing on Mountain Streams Featured in New ‘Take Two in the Tetons’ Inclusive Package
VICTOR, Idaho (June 17, 2009) – Championship golf, luxury spa treatments, fly fishing expeditions and wildlife safaris are, for many travelers, among life’s great leisure pleasures. Now with Teton Springs Lodge & Spa’s new “Take Two in the Tetons”, they come very affordably packaged, with enough flexibility and choice for each guest to create an idyllic vacation.
Along with luxurious accommodations, friendly welcoming service, and great food, Teton Springs is the only resort in the Teton Valley to offer its own luxury spa and golf club. But that’s not all; two other highly popular leisure activities offered by the resort are fly fishing on some of the most exciting mountain streams in America and wildlife safaris in Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks.
With so much to do, Teton Springs Lodge & Spa is making it easier (and affordable!) to double the fun during a stay at the property with their new “Take Two in the Tetons” package. The three-night package includes the choice of two activities, selecting from golf, spa, wildlife safari and fly casting lesson on the private lakes and ponds located next to the lodge. Cost per person based on double occupancy in a lodge room $619 and the package is valid from June 15th – October 17th.
This is what guests can look forward to:
· Whether it’s summer or fall, Teton Springs Lodge & Spa is the perfect golf destination. The Headwaters Club at Teton Springs stands alone in eastern Idaho, offering a world-class private, championship 18-hole course plus a 9-hole par 3 course. Under the guidance of golf legend Byron Nelson, PGA Touring Professional Steve Jones and top golf course architect Gary Stephenson joined forces to create a breathtaking layout that complements the natural surrounding beauty. The on-site restaurant, The Headwaters Grille, under the direction of Chef Michael Gallivan, provides a nearby delicious break.
· Invigorated by pure, clean mountain air, Teton Spring’s Stillwaters Spa offers a full range of treatments and services as well as a two-person, private “therapy suite” with fireplace. Stillwaters’ spa menu currently includes an imaginative choice of massage therapies, body treatments, facials and skincare, nail and hair services and spa programs. Among the massage therapies are a “Rosemary, Sage & Eucalyptus Alpine massage,” a Sports Fitness massage and “Baby and Me” designed for mothers-to-be. Swedish, deep tissue and hot and cold stone massages are also offered.
· For fly-fishing, the resort is ideally located nearby the five best fly fishing rivers in the region – the South Fork, Snake, Teton, Green and Henry’s. Against the backdrop of the Tetons, guests enjoy unparalleled, world-class fly fishing expeditions with a seasoned guide. Other options include the outstanding fisheries of Yellowstone National Park. A hearty-four course meal at The Headwaters Grille is the perfect way to wind up a long, happy day on the water.
· Designed exclusively for guests of Teton Springs, the wildlife safari, led by experienced naturalists, provides an unforgettable excursion into an area rated as the best in North America for viewing wildlife. Safaris include high-quality binoculars for each participant plus a “Safari Summary,” describing the journey’s highlights. Teton Springs’ safaris were reviewed as a “top ten wildlife safari” by USA Today in June, 2007.
