Here you can find warm weather and festive activities throughout this holiday season. What better time to experience the unique culture of Singapore now that The Fullerton Hotel is offering epicurean features sure to tantalize the most experienced or jaded palettes.

 

The Fullerton features inspired dining options from the vibrant Town Restaurant to the modern Italian, San Marco at The Lighthouse, which offers breathtaking views of the harbor. For the first time, The Fullerton is offering private dining in the exclusive Balcony Lounge with a variety of menus.

 

Diva Lunch Buffet

At the hotel’s ultra chic Post Bar, a dazzling Diva Lunch Buffet in the exclusive Music Room on weekdays from December 4th is guaranteed to kick start the festive mood. Gather your friends and colleagues in a group of 12 to indulge in this daily themed extravaganza. Choose among ‘Romance’ on Mondays with delicious antipasto and Italian sparkling Prosecco; have a ‘French Affair’ on Tuesdays with Foie Gras and Montrachet wine; enjoy a ‘Three-Martini Lunch’ on Wednesdays with delectable salads and Post Bar-perfect martinis; discover ‘Aphrodisiac Beauty’ on Thursdays with ocean-fresh oysters and premium vodka; or simply sink into pure ‘Indulgence’ with caviar and champagne on Fridays. The Diva Lunch Buffet is available only upon reservation, with a minimum of 12 persons, from 12 pm to 2.30pm, Mondays to Fridays, from $33 per person.

 

Christmas Day Dinner

For traditional feasts of Yuletide goodness to share with family, friends and loved ones, Town Restaurant offers endless delight, with roasts, fresh seafood and Christmas desserts with time-honored appeal. On Christmas Day, experience our repertoire of over 100 dishes lining an extraordinary brunch spread, from our award-winning chefs’ vault of secret recipes, including traditional Oven-roasted Turkey, Roast Venison, crispy Pork Belly in Sage, and Glazed Gammon. The Christmas Day Brunch is available from 12pm to 3.30pm at $160 per adult inclusive of premium champagne, and $60 per child.

 

Private Balcony Lounge

For that very special private lunch or dinner of up to 22 persons, The Fullerton Hotel offers the exclusive Balcony Lounge for the first time. Sit high with a bird’s eye view from 15 meters above in a private dining space overlooking the lobby. The Balcony Lounge Packages offer no less than the most exquisite service and five dazzling menus: Asian, Chinese, Western, Trans-ethnic and Vegetarian. Menu prices start from $180 per person.
