BOSTON, MASS. - (September 8, 2009) - Taj Boston, the landmark hotel at Arlington and Newbury streets overlooking the Public Garden, is offering one of the city's most intimate and value-rich Wine Dinner events twice monthly at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday or Thursday evenings through December 17.
Each evening is limited to 18 guests, who, for just $65 per person, first taste and discuss the wines in the hotel's historic Cellar with a noted wine maker or their representative who provides an insider's overview of the wines and winery. The convivial conversation continues during a four-course Chef's menu with wine pairings from the winery, designed by Taj Boston Executive Chef Franck Steigerwald and presented in The Café. Guests have the opportunity to explore a variety of wine and culinary topics at table with one another, the wine expert and the evening's hosts, Chef Steigerwald and Taj Boston Food & Beverage Director Claude Dubois.
