ST. THOMAS, U.S. Virgin Islands (Nov. 1, 2007) – As families, couples and singles plan for winter travel, the Wyndham® Sugar Bay Resort & Spa in St. Thomas offers Red Hot Savings for a “Caribbean warm-up experience” featuring discounts of up to 25 percent on room rates for values as low as $140 per night, based on double occupancy and a three-night minimum stay.

All-inclusive rates starting at $341 per night, based on double occupancy, include breakfast and lunch buffets in the resort’s three restaurants, a la carte dining, tropical drinks, nightly themed dinners with live calypso music, fire eating or other entertainment, as well as kayaking, windsurfing and other nonmotorized water sports. One child per adult may stay, eat and play at no extra charge.

Carved into a mountainside of 31 lush, tropical acres, Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort & Spa reveals stunning views of emerald landscapes from an oceanside cliff overlooking the glittering sapphire waters of Smith Bay. With its own private beach for sunbathing and water-sports enthusiasts and its Ocean Club for late-night dancing and gaming, this Caribbean hideaway provides variety and value.

For no extra charge, guests may enjoy three connected pools, daily scuba clinics, snorkeling directly off the beach, tennis at six courts, workouts in a state-of-the-art fitness center, aqua aerobics and step classes. The resort also offers complimentary weekly manager’s receptions and rum-tasting events. The complimentary Grotto Grove Kids Klub features iguana feedings and T-shirt painting.
