About Chocolate Maya

Chocolate Maya opened in March of 2007 in Santa Barbara California. From the beginning, our goal is to provide the best quality chocolates from around the world, and to educate our wonderful customers about the mysterious and complicated life of chocolate, from the pod to the bean, to the edible exquisite creation.

Chocolate Maya travel’s the world tasting all chocolate in drinks, bars, truffles, bon bons, and more.  We investigate every chocolatier to insure top quality, and are always looking for fresh ingredients.  We are against any substitution for cocoa butter, and do not believe in preservatives.

At Chocolate Maya, you will always find your favorites, but will also find new wonders, because we will never stop looking for new and exiting chocolates. In addition to bars, truffles and bon bons, we offer a wide variety of hot chocolates, covered nuts, nibs, sauces, seasonal items, and even humorous chocolate creations.
