THE SCOTSMAN PUTS THE 'ROAR' BACK IN 'TOUR' WITH ITS TRIKE-TASTIC PAMPER PACKAGE

EDINBURGH, SCOTLAND - November 21, 2007 - The Scotsman, Edinburgh's
glorious, 69-room and suite hotel, has joined forces with Trike Tours Scotland
to combine a unique sightseeing-experience for its luxe guests.  Guests
seeking something a little unusual during their vacation can take to the great
open-road with a three-seat, chauffeur-driven, 1600cc muscle-engine Trike. 
Route options include a one hour and 15-minute Edinburgh City Tour; or a
two hour and 30-minute Edinburgh and Coastal Tour. Additional bespoke
coastal, city, golf and rural tours are available by prior arrangement.  The
Scotsman urges guests to bring their own ipod so their favorite music can be
played during the tour.  Alternatively, an ipod with over 500 songs including
the Braveheart theme tune is given to guests, along with complimentary tea,
coffee and Scottish shortbread!  Similarly, guests are provided with whiskey
miniatures to take away as a memento of the trip.  The Scotsman Trike-
Tastic Pamper package leads in at £295 (about $609) in a Deluxe Room; £330
(about $681) in an Editors Room; or £395 (about $815) in a luxurious
Publishers Suite. These prices are inclusive of accommodation; breakfast;
chocolate and champagne on arrival; plus a one hour and 15-minute
Edinburgh City Trike Tour. Costs are per room, per night, based on two
