Continental, the last holdout among major domestic carriers to offer free food in coach, has announced they are going into the business of selling inflight meals.

We don't think it's fair or legal for the government to charge you a fee to exercise your rights under the First Amendment and international human rights treaties to enter or leave the USA. Those rights are all but absolute, and rules that restrict or burden them, such as by imposing fees, are subject to strict scrutiny.

Hotel horror stories are a dime a dozen. What can and should you do and how do you spot hotels from hell? If the hotel you've booked is terrible, do you stick it out or move to another one? Please list some of your experiences and if you've been able to get a rebate, how did you do it?
