About Hôtel Le Toiny
St. Barts' Hôtel Le Toiny has been a favorite Caribbean hideaway since 1992. Private and discreet, the resort is located on a 38-acre parcel of land on the Island's southeastern side. Consisting of 15 pastel-colored Villa Suites reflecting the French Colonial style, each Villa Suite offers a breathtaking ocean view, large terrace, private heated swimming pool and kitchenette. In 2008, Hôtel Le Toiny added an ocean view fitness center, serenity spa cottage and updated each Villa. In addition, an ocean-side walking path was created. The hotel is home to the popular Restaurant Le Gaïac featuring innovative French cuisine with a Creole accent. In 2009, Hôtel Le Toiny's Chef Stéphane Maziéres was named the first Grand Chef in the Caribbean by Relais & Chateaux. In Condé Nast Traveler's 2010 Gold List, Hôtel Le Toiny's restaurant Le Gaïac was given a 96.6 rating for food.
