Throughout the summer in the northern hemisphere, Sofitel is offering guests a Chic Picnic, giving travelers the chance to enjoy lunch amidst the unique setting of the city or region they are visiting. Guests can picnic in the most charming or picturesque of settings near their respective Sofitel: on the beach in Santa Monica (Los Angeles), London’s Hyde Park, in the Jardins des Tuileries in Paris or on a barge trip through the famous canals of Amsterdam… All very different venues, all Sofitel destinations.

For a minimum 3-night stay, the Chic Picnic offer is valid from June 1 to August 31, 2010 and includes:

-          luxurious accommodation with one complimentary night for every stay of four nights, or two complimentary nights with every stay of eight nights

-          room-vacating time extended to 4 p.m. on the day of departure

-          a delicious picnic basket to enjoy during the stay
