London SW1 Restaurant Enhances Taj‘s Luxury Pedigree, Offers Upscale

Whisky Dinner February 1, 2011

LONDON, (January 25, 2011) – 51 Buckingham Gate, Taj Suites & Residences‘ Quilon restaurant has retained its Michelin star for the fourth consecutive year since it was first earned in 2008. Chef-director Sriram Aylur has established an international reputation for Quilon; its loyal clientele returns for the progressive southwest coastal Indian cuisine and award-winning wine list. The five and eight course beer matching menus and a 50-strong whisky list also attract discerning drinkers to Quilon‘s fine dining, centrally located 100 yards from Buckingham Palace.
