On the menu at this gourmet feast: Terroir cheese fondue, broad bean chili, duck, guinea fowl and rabbit, tartiflette, organic chicken and pork, artisan sorbets and ice cream, chocolate indulgences and maple taffy on snow, all toasted with Vergers Pedneault mistelles and ciders.

At après ski at 4pm, One Way Band performs a tribute to those who have changed the world of music, faithfully unleashing their string of biggest hits by CCR, The Doors, The Rolling Stones, Metallica, etc. Rock at its best! At 6pm, Les Respectables appear on stage to thrill skiers and riders who ask nothing more than to share their passion for rock’n’roll. Beware – they’ll be bringing down the house!

March 26: Massif Open Rossignol – A Must!
The springtime event calendar wouldn’t be the same without the legendary Massif Open Rossignol, when, from summit to base, the mountain dons its most festive airs. Children and adults taking part in the Friendly Mogul Race stand a chance of winning one of two pairs of Rossignol skis raffled off among participants. Also on the programme: Free Rossignol ski try-outs and an exclusive preview of the label’s upcoming 2011-12 clothing collection.

At après ski, Random Recipe merrily whisks the audience away on a zany musical trip filled with humanity, originality and world music flair that flirts with folk, hip hop, bossa-nova, electro, trip hop, lullaby, jazz, kazoo and much more. Later the Peakafeller & Zelektro Gang take to the stage, setting the Summit Chalet ablaze with their savant mélange of electro, rock and house. Must-see, must-attend performances... and must-dance too!
