PHOTO RELEASE   TEL AVIV'S 4TH ANNUAL FRESH PAINT FESTIVAL SHOWCASES WORKS BY EMERGING ISRAELI ARTISTS       New York - March 14, 2011: Considered Israel's most influential art event, the 4th annual Fresh Paint Festival will attract artists and art lovers from around the world to the Reality Foundation's Botanic Garden in Tel Aviv, April 5-9. More than 30 galleries as well as Tel Aviv's Independent Artists' Greenhouse will showcase the works of 60 up-and-coming Israeli artists, all of which have been selected by a professional artist panel.
