Spring and renewal is upon us, and this month’s travel news includes the announcement of a new director of ATOUT FRANCE USA.

The 5th edition of “Jeunes Talents” is underway with eight young American photographers in France capturing French life through fresh eyes. In other news, the Shangri-La opens its gastronomic restaurant, the Musée Calvet in Avignon celebrates its bicentennial with an exceptional exhibit, and Air France announces new service from San Francisco.

Last but not least, the French Republic pays a final tribute to the great African-Martinican poet and politician Aimé Césaire.
