Raise Your Glass to the Third Annual
BrewFest at Mount Hope

Beer fans will flock to Mount Hope Estate in Lancaster County Saturday, May 14, for unlimited beer sampling, free food and live music. It's a celebration of all that is ale at the third annual BrewFest at Mount Hope featuring over thirty microbreweries from all across America sampling their finest trademark ales and seasonal favorites.

The BrewFest salutes microbreweries who have transformed their love of beer into a passionate business.  The list of participating breweries includes many local PA favorites and breweries from the East and West coasts. The festival is broken into two separate sessions, each lasting four hours in length. The first session is scheduled from 11 A.M. to 3 P.M. and the second is from 4:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. Beer fans can sample and learn about a variety of beers ranging from lagers to pilsners, porters to stouts, fruit beers to wheat beers and everything in between.

The Food

No beer festival would be complete without food to be paired with brews. At the BrewFest, beer fans will enjoy a variety of pub foods at three all-you-can-eat buffets featuring: Pork Barbeque, Binkert's Garlic Bratwurst, Hot Dogs, Smoked Brisket, Smoked Chicken Chili, Potato Salad, and Garden Pasta Salad.

The Music

Live Americana, Folk and Rock music from four high-energy bands will create a festive soundtrack to the BrewFest. The band CASE 150, an eclectic group of musicians whose backgrounds span everything from Jazz to Classical, Country to Prog Rock, are veterans of the Alt-country/Roots Rock scene. Josh Albright has been captivating audiences all over the country. His soulful voice and catchy musical phrasing is unique and memorable. Miz's roots are in the Wyoming Valley of Northeastern Pennsylvania, where his music reflects the folk, rock, blues, bluegrass and reggae base in which he was nurtured. Toy Soldiers' music has been described as a "gritty, dirty collection of liquor-fueled Americana music. Shifting flawlessly from roots, to blues, to country, to rockabilly."
