Rémy Martin Cognac & Cigars Terrace Now Open
LONDON (July 18, 2011) – The new Rémy Martin Cognac and Cigars Terrace overlooking The Courtyard at 51 Buckingham Gate is now open daily from 5 p.m. -11 p.m., providing London's dreamiest alfresco destination for dining, cocktails and live music.
Set in plush surroundings overlooking the lushly landscaped garden below, The Terrace at 51 serves a special spirits menu selected by 51’s Bars Manager and President of the UK Bartenders Guild, Daniel Crebesse. Selections include Rémy Martin cognacs, including the Louis XIII de Remy Martin Grande Champagne Cognac, prestige champagnes, rare, aged Armagnacs, Calvados, and fine cigars.
The Terrace and Courtyard at 51 have been transformed for elegant dining and music under the stars this summer as 51 Buckingham Gate hosts a musical calendar of select outdoor opera and West End hits. Seated tickets are available from approximately $122 USD per person, including a three-course dinner and non-alcoholic drinks. The Courtyard’s musical events schedule is as follows:
July 2011
- 22, 23 – Classic Hits of the West End by Cantible’s London Quartet
- 29, 30 – Opera in the Courtyard performed by Viva Live Music
August 2011
- 5, 6 – West End Contemporary performed by Soprano Bella
- 12, 13 – Classic Hits of the West End by Cantible’s London Quartet
