SOUTH LUANGWA NATIONAL PARK, ZAMBIA (July 25, 2011) – Did You Know that Kuyenda Bushcamp is now in its twentieth year as one of South Luangwa's favorite bushcamps? You can experience an amazing evening drive from the camp with Phil Berry (noted leopard and giraffe expert and former park warden) featuring hunting leopards, fighting lions, kudus, elephants and a host of other "bush stars" by clicking this link: www.bushcampcompany.com/videos.php?popup=1305800167.
There’s something undeniably special about Kuyenda. Set beneath shady trees by the Manzi River, it is a decidedly rustic camp that embodies the authentic charm of old Africa with its cluster of traditional thatched grass huts and back-to-nature feel. Settle down in the lounge and look out over the rippling grasses of the neighboring plain where the drama of the African wilderness plays out each day. Kuyenda’s atmosphere is enhanced by the extraordinary couple who run it, the ever-hospitable Babette Alfieri and Phil Berry, one of Zambia’s most experienced guides.
