Choc'in Bruges Festival - Bruges, Belgium - Nov. 6 - Dec. 8, 2011
Known as the Chocolate Capital of Belgium, Bruges' annual Choc'in Bruges Festival honors the city's rich history in chocolate. Events include Chocolate Workshops, tours of the Chocolate Museum, and a Chock! Around the Clock chocolate walk. The highlight of the month-long event is the CocoLaté chocolate festival held November 12 - 14.

Celebrate Finland's jazz history with one of the country's oldest jazz events, the Kaamos Jazz Festival. The annual festival takes place under the Northern Lights.
