Beneath a 110-year old chandelier and the shimmering spines of leather book bindings that ensconce the circular velvet-draped nook, guests in this coveted seat will enjoy The Nest- an all-edible Gold-Flecked, White Chocolate Egg, filled with a dollop of Chantilly Cream, delicate little snow-white Meringues, a variety of fresh berries, including Raspberries, Blueberries, and Strawberries; a mix of sweet Sorbets that are intentionally chosen for their egg-like color, Passion Fruit, and Coconut; atop a delicate nest of Cotton Candy with an essence of citrus.
Thomas Jefferson was passionate about books as well as mocking birds –  he was also perhaps the nation’s first oenophile and an original foodie.
