Portugal - The Charming Pousadas in Alentejo is a 7-day / 6-night program offered year round (except in July and August) starting at €1479 per person. Highlights enroute include the majestic Marvão Castle, pedaling past fields of cork trees, olive trees and vineyards, the 13th century medieval town of Marvão, a visit to a winery with wine tasting, a tour of an olive oil plantation, Arraiolos, famous for its rugs, visits to amazing white marble quarries and Évora - a World Heritage site.
Of special note this year is timing a trip to coincide with the Nov. 21-25 Arte Lisboa
