 Gallery/Hall of Fame exhibit located right in the center of the architectural gem’s ground floor – and without paying an admission fee. Only in America® Gallery/Hall of Fame features brilliant films and artifacts that illustrate the lives and accomplishments of such distinguished Jewish Americans as Leonard Bernstein, Louis Brandeis, Albert Einstein, Mordecai Kaplan, Estée Lauder, Emma Lazarus, Golda Meir, Jonas Salk, Isaac Bashevis Singer, Steven Spielberg, Barbra Streisand, Henrietta Szold, and Isaac Mayer Wise.

 

While the hope is that visitors’ interest will be sparked to see the rest of the Museum’s exhibits, including the current special exhibition TO BIGOTRY NO SANCTION: George Washington and Religious Freedom, featuring the first President’s historic 1790 letter affirming the nation’s commitment to religious liberty for people of all faiths -- it is also a way of offering passersby and community members a neighborly gift, as well as attracting a diverse audience of new visitors.
